This apartment is practically decorated and is located in a residential house, on the outskirts of the town and in a sunny and lively position away from the beach and the city center 10 to 15 minutes walk. Access is directly from the main road (paved). The apartment has parking on the property. A supermarket is located 100 m from the apartment, and a restaurant 50 m. The city center is 1500 m away, and the first beach 600 m.

Apartment is surrounded by an enclosed, landscaped garden (size 800 m2) with trees, flowers and shrubs. The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance).

The apartment has 3 rooms (of which 2 bedrooms), for a maximum of 4 people. The area is 51 m2. The entrance is located on the 1st floor, across the internal staircase and hallway.

Living room with sofa bed and access to the terrace (6m2, garden furniture, table with five chairs), and extra bed, dining area for four people, kitchen with all kitchen utensils (electric stove - 2 plates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle). • the total price on the price list is expressed per night
• sojourn tax and registration of stay are included in the price of stay
• VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable.

• minimum stay in high season (11.06. - 31.08.) is 5 nights
• the minimum stay outside the main season is 3 nights
• free choice of arrival day
• electricity, water, WiFi internet access, bed linen, towels, cleaning products and kitchen towels are already included in the price
• check-in / arrival from 15.00 to 22.00
• check-out / departure from 07.00 to 10.00
• Reservation must be paid on the first day of arrival of the guest if not, the host has a right to keep the guest's personal document (passport, personal ID...) until reservation is paid in full.

Payment and booking conditions

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

Possibility of free cancellation one week after booking (EXCEPT IN LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS, THEN THE DEADLINE IS 48 HOURS). Last minute - Reservation two weeks before.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10 am, so the other guests can check in from 3 pm.
